Retention

Retention is the key to scaling a practice. Retention involves mastering patient communication so that you can create a paradigm shift in how the patient approaches their health and the health of their family. The camp will review Better Results Faster Workshop, Progress Exams, Progress Reports, Review of Care, Patient Accountability and Patient Education.

Team Building

A healthy team that is clear on what is expected of them and is held accountable to their deliverables is a happy team. This is one of the most crucial aspects of any business. You must ensure you have the right people in the right seat doing the right things. This camp will review Meeting Rhythms, Organization/Accountability charts and Scorecards.

PREREQUISITES

In order to be eligible to attend this training camp, each desired attendee must have successfully completed the Retention and Team Building Courses on the AlignLife Portal within the last 365 days.
